Classification of pressure transmitter

Pressure transmitters can be divided into general pressure transmitters (0.001 MPa to 35 MPa), differential pressure transmitters (0 to 1.5 kPa), and negative pressure transmitters according to the measurement range. From the perspective of accuracy, because The accuracy of our national standard is 0.5%. So in recent years it can be divided into high-precision pressure transmitters (0.1% or 0.2% or 0.075%) and general pressure transmitters (0.5%).

The role of pressure transmitter

The pressure transmitter transmits the pressure signal to the electronic equipment, and then displays the pressure on the computer.

The principle of pressure transmitter:

The mechanical signal of water pressure is converted into a current (4-20mA). The electronic signal such as pressure has a linear relationship with the voltage or current. Generally, there is a proportional relationship. Therefore, the voltage or current output by the transmitter increases with the pressure. The increase results in a relationship between pressure and voltage or current.

The two pressures of the measured medium of the pressure transmitter pass into the high and low pressure chambers. The pressure in the low pressure chamber is atmospheric pressure or vacuum, and acts on the isolation diaphragms on both sides of the δ element (that is, the sensitive element). The filling liquid in the element is transferred to both sides of the measuring diaphragm. The pressure transmitter is composed of a measuring diaphragm and electrodes on the insulating sheets on both sides. When the pressure on the two sides is inconsistent, the measurement diaphragm is displaced. The displacement is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacitance on both sides is not the same. Through the oscillation and demodulation links, it is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure.

Characteristics of pressure transmitter

1) The test medium is widely used. It can measure oil, water and pastes compatible with 316 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel, and has a certain anti-corrosion ability.

2) High accuracy, high stability, the use of imported original sensors, good linearity, high temperature stability.

3) Small size, light weight, easy to install, debug and use.

4) Stainless steel fully-enclosed shell, good waterproof.

5) The pressure sensor directly senses the pressure of the measured liquid level, and it is not affected by the foaming and deposition of the medium.
